Refund policy

Within 14 days from the day on which the shipment with the product was received by you, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason. In the case of withdrawal from the sales contract without giving any reason, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the ordered product to us. This cost will not be reimbursed by us.

Before returning the product, please inform us of your intention to exercise this right by sending an email to: hello@milao.pl.

Please safely package the product, preferably in the same way it was delivered to you, i.e., in a bag and a box, and return it to the address provided below. By including the completed withdrawal form and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the shipment, we will be able to process your return easily and quickly.
